I had not heard of Rissi Palmer until a few days ago. She is a rising star in Country music and currently has a hit moving up the country charts called Country Girl.Rissi Turned down a record deal offer from hitmakers Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis before signing with her current music label 1720 Entertainment.
