So earlier this week I decided I would take the day off from work today, Friday. I had planned to go shopping. I love to shop when most people are at work. (it's a social phobic, agoraphobic thing). And this morning I woke up to rain! The rain is back! After a grueling six month dry season the rainy season is upon us. I love the rain.So, change of plans. I'm putting off the shopping (it wasn't anything important, Bed, Bath and Beyond for a pampering myself shopping spree) until another day. I have everything I need for a nice cozy day, a book, a fresh download of music from itunes and peppermint tea!
Oh, I don't have USA Today (I go through minor withdrawl if I don't read it), so I'm going to have to trek out for that but no biggie.
Yippee, the rain is back!

No I didn't take the pics, I search for them online. But when I went out to get the paper I found the cutest, tiny little digital camera from Vivitar. I'd been looking for one and since it was very inexpensive I bought it!
This will be my first digital camera so I have to figure it out. Then I can post a few of my pics too.
And I am already enjoying this rainy day so much!

You ought to try it. Go to a day spa, shop, read a book, whatever. I plan mine and take them the same week or at most a week prior. It's a mini vacation.
Yesterday when I went to get the paper I found the cutest little camera and I also slipped into the beauty supply store and bought a knock-off Louis V back pack for $20! (lol)
