we celebrate it everyday here.
but for the kids sake and the the hoopla they do at school..we will celebrate it here on the 14th...so our girls can take those little paper cards to pass out to the kids in their classes. though we have them give out pencils and erasers or stickers instead of candy...
i get "hugups" everyday :D
and i thank God for this! it was by His Hands that i have a life partner! Amen.

I don't know if I'll be celebrating vday. My guy friend told me at the beginning of the week that he was going to take me out to eat one day this week. I guess it'll be tomorrow. If not screw him and screw vday lol.
The Daily Voice look interesting. I bookmarked it. I hope they keep it updated. A lot of the black websites be a day and a dollar late on their stuff.
I blogged yesterday MDC about the necessity of V-Day. Hope you'll see it. I have some left over chocolate in the fridge so there ya go. I do every year faithfully buy those lil conversation hearts. NOT JUST ANY... It has to be the one staple brand which is not on the brain right now but I know them when I see them.
About Stoney, I wrote him and this other light skinned actor dude who was hot back in the day. I had Stoney's poster on my wall like FOREVER right next to an old Prince and near old Michael Jackson too. Plus, the Silvers and I forget who else now were up as well. Anyhow, I still have that letter SJ sent to ne some 25+ years later but do not ask me where it is. I just know I treasured it like I did my Prince Christmas card signed by P.

Me and mine are moving into our new apt on V-day, so we'll probably be in dirty sweats on the living room floor, eating pizza and using boxes as our dining room table. I can't wait... We got reservations at the Stinking Rose on Sunday though.
