A friend told me that she has heard more from me in the last week than she has in the last six months. Of course she was exaggerating but I got the point. It feels like I'm married to my blog. I seem to spend more time with it then any friend. But as all married people need time away from their spouses every now and then and I needed time away from my blog.The first couple of days I didn't even miss blogging. I felt free having so much time in the evenings. I went out to dinner, spent some time with a friend, read, watched season 2 of The L Word (yes I know, I'm seriously behind) and yesterday I went for an amazing walk!
I'm getting the urge to spend some time again with my blog. A lot has gone on in the week that I've been away, politics, people in blackface, models suffering sad endings, models missing and found and Marion Jones reporting to Federal Prison. So I have a lot of things on my mind and thoughts to share.
It's time to get back to blogging, I will see you all bright and early on Monday morning!

Just when I learned to spell Mes Deux Cents to connect to your site you changed screens and I thought that I had arrived at a different Mes Deux Cents site. Welcome back!
Thats a beautiful setting, the bridge and lights and river and the new logo for a blog reborn. I must admit though, I'll miss the beautiful face they've replaced.

I'm cheating, Mes Deux. Yours is the first blog I visited in several days. Something drew me to it tonight.
I personally, am enjoying every minute of my hiatus -- which is still in effect for a few more days.
I haven't blogged or visited any blogs.
I needed a bit of my life back and as I said, other matters are taking precedence.
I love y'all but I HAVE THOROUGHLY ENJOYED my break. LOL.
But I'm glad you're back and that you enjoyed your break. I will join you and the others in the blogosphere in a few days.
