Released in 2003 Raising Victor Vargas is a great likkle film. It's a coming of age film, set in New York City, about a teen (Victor) who is being raised by his grandmother along with his younger brother and sister.In the film Victor is having a rough summer. He falls in love, his grandmother may kick him out of the house and all sorts of other stuff is going on. This is a film with some nice plot twists and good performances by mostly unknown actors. I highly recommend it!
