Then and Now: Jurnee Smollett

I think most of you remember little Jurnee Smollett from the film Eve's Bayou . Well she's all grown-up and starring in the Denzel Washington film The Great Debaters. The film opens Christmas Day nationwide. Let's hope Jurnee keeps getting roles like this so that she won't have to go the way of her Eve's Bayou co-star Meagan Good who mainly stars in 'hood' flicks these days.

Little Olivia is all grown up!

Remember little Olivia from The Cosby Show? Raven-Symone who's real name is Christina Pearman was just three years old when she began to appear on The Cosby Show. She'll be 22 on December 10.



Unlike many other child stars Raven has had nothing but success as she has gotten older. She has done movies, was part of the singing group the Cheetah Girls and has her own television show, That's So Raven, which can be seen on The Disney Channel.
